Pricing Policy
· Although we try to make sure all of our quotes are accurate, there are factors which can affect final pricing. Conditions such as excess debris/obstacles in the yard, excessive amounts of waste (on an initial clean), a larger than expected yard, treacherous / hazardous slope of yard, or any other unforeseen conditions can also affect pricing. If any of the above conditions occur the customer will be contacted before our technician proceeds with the cleaning.
· If any special / discount pricing is applied to your pricing, failure to complete any required conditions of the special / discount will result in the full price being charged.
Payment Policy
· Payments for initial or one-time only cleanups are billed following completion of the requested task.
· Payments for normal monthly services are prepaid and due on the1st day of each month.
If payment is declined and not paid before your 1st monthly service visit, cleanups will be paused until paid.
· Our monthly fee is based on our weekly service scheduled for 52 weeks divided by 12 months. This insures even pricing monthly regardless of shorter or longer months in the year.
· Service started before the beginning of the month will be pro-rated based on the week of service that cleanups will be started.
Bad Weather/ Emergency Policy
· Pirate Pooper Scoopers operates a year-round service and we will always do our best to show up when weather conditions are safe for our technicians regardless of rain, snow, or other storms/conditions.
· If Pirate Pooper Scoopers is unable to provide service due to unsafe conditions we will perform our service the following week and you will still be charged for the full month. The reason for this is due to not scooping on the previous week our technician will remove double the waste the next week.
· Any other emergency situation that arises that prevents our technician from arriving and/or performing the required task will be handled in the same above manner.
No Access / Aggressive Dog Policy
· If Pirate Pooper Scoopers is unable to scoop your yard because a gate is locked or a community access code is not properly working, you will still be charged for the cleaning, however, as in the Bad Weather Policy above we will just scoop twice the amount of debris when access is regained. We will make attempts to contact the customer before moving on to the next customer, however scheduling dictates if the technician can wait for this action.
· At any time that our technician feels unsafe being in the yard with a dog/dogs they will have the option of skipping the assignment. As above, they will try to contact the customer to remove the dog/dogs from the yard but scheduling dictates if the technician can wait for this action.
High Grass/Leaves/Snow
While we will always strive to scoop to perfection, we are human and can miss a pile every once in a while. There are also other conditions that can affect our scooping accuracy. Conditions such as high grass, snow/ice or excessive buildup of leaves can cause us to accidentally miss a pile. In these situations, we will still scoop to our best ability and then scoop the remainder on the next visit after the conditions have been returned to normal.
Cancellation Policy
· At Pirate Pooper Scoopers we do not have contracts and customers can cancel services at any time if we have received and confirmed notice of cancellation. Any service not yet completed for the current month when cancellation is requested and confirmed will be refunded.
