How Our Process Works

When a customer has signed up for service and completed payment they will be placed on the schedule at our earliest convenience.  Unfortunately, service days are assigned based on several factors and may/may not occur on the same day every week.

Approximately 1 hour prior to our technician’s arriving they will send a text reminding customers of service unless the customer has asked not to receive them.  This will allow time to unlock gates, bring dogs in, etc.  This time frame is not exact as conditions may arise outside of our control.

Upon arrival our technician will go to the scooping area and verify the yard appears safe for them to enter and begin work.  The technician will walk the yard at least twice in alternating patterns to insure that as much debris as possible is removed.  Although we do provide a professional service and strive for 100% clean, it is possible to miss a spot especially due to high grass, leaves, debris in yard, etc.

When the technician has completed scooping the yard they will exit the yard and close the gate and take a picture of the closed and secured gate where applicable.  The technician will then double bag the debris and leave it in the trash can (if outside) or other designated area.  We do not remove the debris from the property.

The technician will then return to their vehicle where their shoes and all tools will be sanitized with kennel grade disinfectants.  We do this after every yard to greatly reduce any chance of cross contamination.

The technician will then send a completed service message and photo of the closed gate, if applicable.  The technician will also include any concerns or problems they encountered during the cleaning unless the customer has asked not to receive these messages.
